Founded by Emily, with Margaret joining shortly after, Revilla & Co was created from firsthand experience and a passion for helping people transition into a new chapter with ease and confidence. Having both personally experienced relocation themselves, Emily relocating with her family from New Zealand to Australia, and Margaret relocating from the Gold Coast to Sydney, they understand the emotional and practical challenges that come with starting over in a new place. Their shared experience and commitment to helping others inspired the creation of Revilla & Co — a relocation service designed to make the process feel supported, seamless, and far less overwhelming.

What began through Emily’s experience in Airbnb hosting quickly revealed a gap in the market. People relocating needed more than just accommodation; they needed genuine support, guidance, and someone they could trust throughout the process.

We have hands-on experience supporting families relocating from overseas into Australia and New Zealand, and we understand the challenges that come with navigating a new system, securing a home, and starting fresh in an unfamiliar place.
